Automatic Headlight Adjustment

For your safety and that of other road users, your vehicle is equipped with automatic headlight adjustment.

This system responds to changes in the vehicle’s pitch (normally caused by factors such as vehicle load, acceleration, and braking) and adjusts the headlight height accordingly. The system also automatically corrects their horizontal direction if the vehicle is driven in a country in which the traffic drives on the opposite side of the road than the vehicle’s home country.

With this feature, your headlights correct themselves instantaneously depending on the state of the vehicle, so that your lights do not distract or blind drivers in oncoming traffic.
