Setting Battery Saver

Setting Battery Saver

CAUTION: Charging beyond the recommended level too often can cause battery pack degradation.

At times, you may need to adjust the charge limit higher or lower according to your driving needs. A higher charge limit can be set to increase trip distance. Vehicles that are parked for extended periods should use a lower charge limit to maintain battery pack health.

To set a charge limit, select > Charge.

  • Battery Saver: Use the + and - buttons to adjust the charge level.

Note: To extend battery life, Fisker recommends setting a charge level of 80% for daily usage.

  • Max Charging Current: Use the + and - buttons to adjust the maximum amperage drawn by the charging system.

Note: This setting only applies to AC charging.

Note: Adjust this setting if you are concerned about overloading a shared domestic wiring circuit.

For additional charging options, swipe left on the Charge screen.

  • Off-Peak Charging: To prioritize charging times and reduce energy costs, press to turn this setting On, then use the Set Time buttons to set your starting and ending charging times.

  • Minimum Charge: To charge to a set minimum when the charge cable is connected, turn this setting On and select a percentage.

Note: This setting can be used when storing your vehicle for extended periods. See Storage Guidelines.
