Correct Passenger Seating Position
As the driver of the vehicle it is your responsibility to make sure every passenger is sitting correctly in their seat and maintaining this seating position while driving. Make sure that:

Every passenger in the vehicle has adjusted their seat correctly.

Every passenger in the vehicle has their head restraint adjusted. See Correct Head Restraint Position.

Every passenger in the vehicle has their safety belt fastened correctly. See Fastening the Seat Belt.

The activation status of the front passenger's airbag is suitable for the passenger in the front passenger's seat. See Front Passenger Seat Occupant Classification System (OCS).
